The Secretary of the Employment Secretariat in the Public Service Commission would like to inform job applicants for various positions who underwent interviews between 02-09-2024 and 21-05-2025 that the results of successful candidates are as listed in this announcement. This list also includes some candidates from the database for various cadres who have been assigned workstations after the availability of positions.

All successful candidates who have been assigned workstations will receive their appointment letters via their Ajira Portal accounts under the My Applications section. They are required to download, print, and present these letters when reporting to their designated workstations.

Additionally, successful candidates must report to their assigned employers within the timeframe specified in their appointment letters. They must bring original educational certificates starting from Form Four and above for verification by the employer before receiving their official employment letters.

Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they were not selected/did not pass the interview. They are encouraged to reapply when new job vacancies are advertise

Key Instructions:
  1. Download and print appointment letters from Ajira Portal (My Applications).

  2. Report to the assigned workstation with the printed letter and original certificates.

  3. Unsuccessful candidates may reapply for future vacancies.
