The Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic) of the University of Dar es Salaam wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place from **13th to 16th July 2025**, and to assign workstations to successful candidates. Applicants called for the interview must adhere to the following instructions:
1. The interview will be conducted on the dates specified in this announcement, with the time and venue clearly indicated for each cadre.
2. Each interviewee must wear a face mask when attending the interview.
3. Every interviewee must bring a valid identification document for verification.
4. Acceptable identification documents include: Resident ID, Voter’s ID, Work ID, National ID, or Passport.
5. Interviewees must bring **ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES AND TRANSCRIPTS**, starting with the birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, and higher, depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
6. **Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form IV and VI result slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, and candidates presenting them WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.**
7. Each interviewee will be responsible for their own meals, transportation, and accommodation.
8. Every interviewee must strictly observe the date, time, and venue assigned for their interview.
9. Applicants who studied in Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (e.g., TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
10. **APPLICANTS WHO STUDIED OUTSIDE TANZANIA MUST ENSURE THEY BRING CERTIFICATES WITH A CALCULATED GPA (CONVERTED TO THE TANZANIA FIVE-POINT GRADE SYSTEM) BY TCU.**
11. Job applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they did not meet the requirements. Therefore, they should not reapply unless new job vacancies are announced, and they meet the specified criteria.
12. **For cadres requiring registration with their respective professional boards, candidates must bring their original registration certificates and valid practicing licenses.**
13. All interviewees must log in to their accounts and copy their examination numbers, as these will not be provided on the interview day.
14. Interviewees whose names differ across their documents must present a registered Deed Poll for name change, certified by the Ministry of Lands.
